Darwinbox raises $72 million and turns unicorn

Darwinbox, a cloud-based human resource management software based out of Hyderabad, India, has raised $72 million in their Series D funding, which puts their total funding to $107 million and their estimated valuation around $1 billion. The round was led by Technology Crossover Ventures and pre-existing investors such as Salesforce Ventures, Sequoia India and Lightspeed India.

TickSmith raises $20 million

TickSmith, a cloud-based Enterprise Data Web Store platform has raised $20 million in their third Series A funding, in a round led by Investissement Quebec and Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Databrick Ventures and existing investors such as Agnes Quebec. Their total funding amount is now $26.8 million.

Polly raises $37 million in Series B

Polly, an en-to-end mortgage capital market ecosystem has raised $37 million in a Series B led by Menlo Ventures and news investors such as Movement Mortgage, First American Financial and FinVC. Existing investors such as 8VC, Khosla Venture and Fifth Wall also participated.

Social Swag raises $3.5 million

Social Swag, a content platform created by Akshay Kumar, Rana Daggubati Collective Artists and Mahesh Bhupati has raised $3.5 million in a Series A round led by Unicorn India Ventures and India Media and Entertainment Fund. Social Swag offers masterclasses, NFTs and live sessions.
