‍Clio becomes world's first Legal Profession Management Unicorn

Clio achieves unicorn status , making it the first Legal profession management software to enter the unicorn club. Clio has raised $110 million in a Series E round led by T. Rowe Price Associates Inc. and OMERS Growth Equity.
The Series E round took place on Apr 27, 2021 putting the firm at an estimated valuation of $1.6 billion.

Rocket Lawyer raises $233 million in a Venture Round

Legal tech startup Rocket Lawyer has raised over $269M in 6 rounds. Their latest funding was raised on April 21, 2021 from a Venture round where they raised $233M. The Investor leading the round was Vista Credit Partners
Rocket Lawyer specializes in providing affordable and complete legal services to users online They will collaborate with Vista to scale the Rocket Legal Cloud platform and the company’s natively digital tools of justice.

CareStack Raises Over $22M in a Series C Round

Thiruvananthapuram and Florida-based cloud dental software startup, CareStack has raised more than $60 million so far. Their latest funding was raised on Apr 27, 2021 from a Series C round where they raised $22.5. The Investors leading the round were Delta Dental and Steadview Capital

Brex Raises 425M in a Series D Round

Brex, a credit card provider and cash management firm for companies, has raised $425M funding at a Series D round on Apr 26, 2021. The round was led by Tiger Global Management. Brex has raised over $1.2B in 10 rounds which  puts them on an estimated valuation of $7.4billion.
The company also announced a service called Brex Premium which provides spend management functionality
