CommerceIQ raises $115 million, Capitolis raises $110 million, both turn unicorn
CommerceIQ, an e-commerce solution provider has raised $115 million to be the 12th unicorn from India. The funding round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund and saw participation from Insight Partners, Trinity Ventures, and Shasta Ventures. CommerceIQ has raised $175 million in the past 12 months and has raised a total of $195.5 million.
Israeli SaaS firm Capitolis has raised $110 million in a Series D . The round was co-led by Canapi Ventures, 9Yards Capital and SVB Capital and saw participation from JP Morgan, Sequoia Capital, Citi, Index ventures and State Street. The unicorn has raised a total of $281.8 million and is valued at $1.6 billion.
Ruchi Kalra and Asish Mohapatra, a married couple from India made brows raise this week when Oxyzo Financial Services, a digital lending platform co-founded by Kalra raised $200 million to turn unicorn. The round was led by Alpha Wave Global, Tiger Global Management and Northwest Venture Partners.
Mohapatra’s OfBusiness turned unicorn in July 2021 when it received $160 million funding in a round led by SoftBank Vision. Post funding, the company was valued at $1.5 billion.
