Velocix Adds A Cloud-native Video Recording Manager To The SaaS Portfolio

Cloud VRM offers a modular interface for orchestrating and automating IP-based video capturing workflows for cloud DVR and time-shifted video applications. 

Using an infrastructure that is independent of the middleware and pre-integrated with various recording engine technologies, the service provides a robust, time-shifted viewing experience to customers on any connected screen.

The recently added multi-tenancy capabilities in Cloud VRM are intended to reduce operators' scale-out costs by orchestrating recording facilities across various locations and geographies using a single software implementation.

iClick Partners with Oracle to Provide Customized SaaS-Based Solutions

iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited and Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) announced a partnership with Oracle to introduce a personalized SaaS offering that will allow brands to better represent and engage with Chinese customers.
This partnership contributes to addressing the difficulties that multinational brands face in gaining an in-depth understanding of Chinese customers.
This partnership would guide customers from various media outlets to brands' official WeChat accounts and mini services, allowing brands to create memberships.

Latch Inc., A Saas Provider, Wants To Make Your Home Smarter


Latch will go public in a deal with a special purpose acquisition group funded by Tishman Speyer, a New York-based real estate corporation. The transaction with TS Innovation Acquisitions Corp. (ticker: TSIA), a SPAC, is scheduled to close in the second quarter and will provide Latch with an equity valuation of $1.56 billion as well as $510 million to finance expansion.
Residents may use their phones to open the door to their apartment, amenity rooms, and a building's main entrance, according to SaaS provider Latch Inc.
