Spectrio acquires Enplug

Spectrio, a customer experience solutions provider headquartered in Tampa, Fla., has acquired Enplug, a digital signage firm based in Culver City, Calif. The value of the deal was not revealed.
The acquisition strengthens Spectrio's integrated marketing tools by incorporating enterprise-level control features to address the demands of multinational organisations and expanding integrations to improve brand communications customization.

Tock, a hospitality management platform, has been acquired by Squarespace for $400 million

Squarespace, an e-commerce platform, announced the $400 million acquisition of Tock, an online platform for handling appointments, tables, takeout, and more. According to a press release from Squarespace, the transaction is a combination of cash and stock. Tock has received $27.5 million in funding to date.
In a statement today, Squarespace CEO Anthony Casalena called e-commerce “a large and growing market opportunity” in the restaurant business. 

Tricentis has acquired Neotys, a performance testing provider

Tricentis announced the acquisition of Neotys, a well-known performance monitoring provider with an emphasis on digital business applications and a tests-as-code concept. The purchase price was not disclosed by the two firms. 
Neotys, based in France, was established in 2005 and raised approximately €3 million prior to the acquisition. The purchase of Neotys enables the firm to broaden its portfolio by including load and output checking.

PARSIQ has deployed their groundbreaking IQ Protocol on Ethereum testnet – a decentralized finance (DeFi) solution for the SaaS industry. 

The IQ Protocol is the world's first risk-free, collateral-free DeFi protocol that uses a circular economy to tokenize SaaS subscriptions in the DeFi space. IQ Protocol includes a number of traditional DeFi facilities, such as staking, leasing, and borrowing.

Unicommerce: the de facto SaaS solution for D2C brands 

Unicommerce has grown to become India's largest e-commerce based supply-chain SaaS technology platform, handling over 20% of India's e-commerce volumes and collaborating with some of the country's biggest retail brands.

It had fewer than 50 businesses with direct-to-consumer operations at the start of 2020, and it now has more than 150 clients that are marketing directly to customers and using the network to ensure smooth ecommerce operations. It has also increased its D2C clientele by more than 300 percent.
