Suvan Ventures to back B2B startups, EnggOnline raised $3.5 million
Radhesh Kanumury, the former managing partner at Arka Venture Labs, has set up a new venture fund firm, Suvan Ventures. They are expected to make 20-25 investments ranging from $10 to $15 million.
Mumbai based interactive learning environment focused startup EnggOnline has raised $3.5 million in a round led by investors such as Madhu Kela, PS Jayakumar and Kishor Shah. The startup aims to expand its operations and ramp up hiring and infrastructure.
Pharmaceutical drug manufacturing company V-Ensure Pharma Technologies raised $17.5 million in a round led by Investcorp and participation from Tanas Capital. V-Ensure will use the new capital to grow to North America and Europe.
Leap Club, a woman-focused professional network has launched a new project, ‘the table’ to fund early-stage women-led businesses. They will lead investments for a year and will work closely with 10-15 startups and invest anywhere from $50,000 to $500,000.
