Chargbee raises $125M in a Series G Round, Joins the Unicorn club

Chargebee has raised a total of $230M in funding over 7 rounds. Their latest funding was raised on Apr 20, 2021 from a Series G round where they raised $125M. Lead Investors of this round were Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures and Tiger Global Management. 

Chargebee is estimated to be sitting at a valuation of $1.4 billion, joining the unicorn club.

Razorpay raises $160M in a Series E Round

Razorpay is estimated to be valued at $3 billion after its Series E funding where they raised $160 Million. The investors leading the round were GIC and Sequoia Capital India.

Their valuation is said to have been tripled in less than a period 6 months after they joined the unicorn club The fintech startup plans to scale up business banking operations, acquire B2B SaaS companies, and expand the business into international markets with their new funds.

Druva raises $147M in a Series H Round

Druva Raises  $147 million in a Series H funding and is estimated to be valued at $2 Billion

The investor leading the round was Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec. Other investors in the round included Atreides Management and Viking Global Investors.

According to Jaspreet Singh, the CEO of Druva, they plan to use the funding for product development and expansion into the Nordics and Australia.

ActiveCampaign raises $240M in a Series C Round

ActiveCampaign has raised over $360M in 3 rounds. Their latest funding was raised on April 21, 2021 from a Series C round where they raised $240M. The Investors leading the round were Dragoneer Investment Group and Tiger Global Management.

The Chicago based Marketing and Sales automation startup is now supposed to be valued at over $3 billion.

Deel raises $156M in a Series C Round, Shows 200x Growth

Remote hiring startup Deel raises $156M at a Series C round and is now at a $1.25B valuation marking a  20x growth in revenue in 2020. Investors Leading this round were Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, Y Combinator Continuity Fund. 

The payroll and compliance platform for international employees and contractors has over  1,800 business clients and This funding positions the company comfortably in the unicorn club.

AppOmni Raises $40M in a Series B Round

SaaS app management and security startup AppOmni has raised a total of $53M over 5 rounds, their latest funding was held on Apr 21, 2021 being a Series B round led by investor - Scale Venture Partners. AppOmni Raised $40M in this fund.

The company plans to use their funding to grow its footprint and bolster product R&D as it looks to acquire new customers
