IronSource will be taken public by Thoma Bravo SPAC

Thoma Bravo's blank-check firm has signed a deal to take app tech maker ironSource public in a transaction valued at $11.1 billion. 

IronSource owners will gain $10 billion in the terms of the agreement, which includes $1.5 billion in cash and a controlling stake in the merged business. When completed, ironSource is estimated to have $740 million in capital.

Insightful Science To Acquire Dotmatics

Dotmatics, a Bishop's Stortford, UK-based provider with a cloud-based research R&D data management platform, has been acquired by Insightful Science, a San Diego, CA-based tech provider supporting the global life sciences community.

The deal is scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals. It is said to have cost $690 million. The firm will provide an end-to-end scientific analysis infrastructure by incorporating Insightful Science's tech applications into Dotmatics' cloud-first business data processing solution.

Totalmobile acquires Cognito iQ

Totalmobile, a Field Service Management (FSM) software company headquartered in Belfast, Northern Ireland, has completed the acquisition of Cognito iQ, a staff management and analytics services provider based in Newbury, UK.

Beanworks, a manufacturer of SaaS AP automation solutions, has been acquired by Quadient

Quadient, a leading supplier of business technologies aimed at rendering any consumer contact across a physical or digital medium, has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Beanworks, an industry leader in Software as a Service (SaaS) Accounts Payable Automation solutions.
Quadient would hold about 96 percent of Beanworks at the close of the deal, with two main leaders holding a minority ownership interest. Beanworks, which was established in 2012, is a fast-performing FinTech with an appealing SaaS recurring revenue model and a track record of high double-digit annual revenue growth.

In a $10 million offer, Khatabook acquires SaaS startup Biz Analyst

Khatabook, a fintech company that offers a digital ledger app specifically for small companies, has announced the acquisition of Mumbai-based Biz Analyst, a SaaS startup, in a $10 million transaction. The deal would be a cash-and-equity blend.
Biz Analyst, which was established in late 2016, is a cash-flow positive company that provides solutions to SMEs by using Tally accounting tools to simplify everyday business processes and making data-driven decisions to handle revenue, inventory, outstandings, and productivity.
